You may choose to pay the remaining balance in full at any time. If you do this you may request a 10 percent discount on the outstanding balance at the time of payment.

  • The system will automatically retry the payment for up to 14 days.

If payment is still unsuccessful:

  • An invoice will be issued for the full remaining balance.

Debt Collection

If an account remains unpaid after the due date:

  • A late payment fee of 10 percent of the outstanding balance may be applied.
  • Interest may be charged at 2.5 percent per month on overdue amounts.

If payment remains outstanding seven days after the invoice due date, the account may be referred to Baycorp or another authorised debt collection agency.

If this occurs:

  • A referral fee of $13.80 including GST may be added to the account.
  • A collection fee of 28.75 percent of the outstanding balance may be added.

You agree to be responsible for all reasonable costs associated with the recovery of unpaid debts including legal and collection fees.
