Penny Lawler is the founder of Monaco Nail Academy, an award-winning nail artist, educator and competition judge who has been in the nail industry since 2007. At Summit, Penny brings together her love of education, marketing, community and slightly chaotic big-idea energy to create an event that feels equal parts learning, connection and magic.
Erin trained in 2019 and has since worked her way up to Gold Training Partner with Monaco Nail Academy, leading the Online Mentoring team, working closely with Ugly Duckling and Gilt Nail Supplies, and placing at the NZ Nail Competitions.
Hannah is only three years into her nail journey but has already gone from strength to strength, passing 5 of her exams with 90% or higher (and a pesky 89%) and moving quickly into Mentoring the new generation.
Alisha started her Nail Tech training at only 15 years old, seeking mentorship under some of NZ’s best salon owners before placing first in five categories at the NZ Nail Comps AND going on to open a multi-disciplinary studio for creatives and body artists in Auckland - all before exiting her teens.
