The NZ Nail Tech Summit is a three-day event where nail technicians from across New Zealand come together to learn, connect, and grow their businesses.
Summit brings together nail techs who are serious about their craft, their community, and building sustainable businesses. Most attendees are women in their late 20s to early 40s running their own beauty businesses, many balancing family life with entrepreneurship.
For brands, Summit offers a rare opportunity to connect directly with a highly engaged audience of nail professionals and small business owners.
We welcome collaborations with nail brands, distributors, educators, and non-beauty businesses whose products align with our audience.
Ways to Partner with the NZ Nail Tech Summit
We work with sponsors in several different ways depending on what works best for your brand.
You may wish to contribute:
- One item per attendee for our goody bags (products, vouchers, brochures)
- Prizes for teams of four at our ‘Pub Quiz but make it Nails’ event
- Prizes for award winners at our Prizegiving dinner
- Spot Prizes during learning sessions
- Financial sponsorship to support the event
- Educational demonstrations or training sessions

Gold Sponsorship
Our Gold Sponsors are our primary partners for the NZ Nail Tech Summit.
These sponsors receive the highest level of visibility across the event and our marketing.
Required Contribution -
- $1000 in product, direct financial support, or a mix of both.

- First option to collaborate on a featured session or demonstration during Summit (spaces are limited)

- 6 static posts on Facebook and Instagram with an Ad Boost of $100

- 4 static posts on Facebook and Instagram with an Ad Boost of $50
- 5 published Stories on Facebook and Instagram

- First Option to naming rights for a prize category at Prizegiving if not utilised by Gold Sponsors.

Guest Presenters
The NZ Nail Tech Summit is a collaborative event with a community focus.
We have limited spots for Guest Presenters to host sessions at the event. Typically, the guest demonstrates or presents for 15 min then floor walks for 45 min while attendees practice the new technique or skill.
These sessions can be business, marketing or skill based.
If centred around a specific product (eg, chrome powder) -
- That product must be supplied by the presenter, either as a sample for each attendee, or a selection of usable products shared amongst the group for the duration of practice.
- We want attendees to be learning a new skill that just happens to tie in with that product - it's really important that it's not JUST a product demo but a "How to XYZ USING this product".
- You're welcome to then have gifts, samples, prizes or coupons to hand out on the day, and you're welcome to leave attendees with shopping lists for when they visit your website.

Affiliate and Promotional Partnerships
If you have a loyal audience and unique offering, we have limited spaces for affiliates to promote the event.
Approved affiliates receive a commission on all registrations, however must also add value to the ticket price, not just resell the standard ticket, for example -
- Everyone who spends $X this month goes in the draw to win a ticket to Summit. In this scenario, you cover the ticket price for the winner after factoring in covering this cost when planning your marketing.
- Anyone who enrols in X course gets a free ticket to the NZ Nail Tech Summit (again, you would cover the fee but hopefully encourage sales of some of your higher cost/profit courses)
- Register for Summit through you and get a small course for free (your commission covers this course cost, and the benefit to you is to introduce someone to your offerings and ideally upsell further courses/products).
- Register for Summit and get $X worth of products from your range for free (your commission covers the cost of these products, and the benefit to you is to introduce someone to your offerings and ideally upsell further products.)
- You could create a combo of your courses + Summit for a set price and again factor in the cost of Summit, using the commission amount to subsidise the combo price
